ORDERS

You can find the products you want by selecting the relevant product group from the menu at the top of the page.

You can see your orders from the My Orders section in the "My Account" area at the top and bottom. In order to view your orders you need to login as a member.

You can cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button in the detail of your order list on the My orders page. If your order was processed, you can't cancel it.

Your orders reach us online. Since you can't make changes to the payment amount you made, it is not possible to add your product to your order later. You should create a new order for the product you want to add.

The availability of stock due to any stock in your order can be experienced especially at the end of the season. If this problem arises due to the instant stock changes, you will be contacted and informed with an e-mail or telephone.

Your orders are sent within 7 working days on average. Weekends and public holidays are not including. During the discount period, the delivery time varies between 7 and 15 days due to the high density. This period can be up to 30 to 45 days in international deliveries.

Changing of the delivery address of the orders you have made payment can be made if your products are not delivered to the cargo company. However, the new address must be located within the country boundaries of the selected address during ordering.

PAYMENT

You can process your payment by credit card and wire transfer at shop.soulmade.com.tr.

You can pay for your shopping with our MASTER and VISA cards, including foreign cards. You can also make use of the installments offered by the banks. You can complete your order with one payment option using all other credit cards.

When you place an order by money order, it must be made to the bank account indicated on the page within 3 working days at the latest. You should make sure that when you make your payment you are transferring the full amount and that you have written your order number in the description section. Some banks may charge a transaction fee when making an ATM transfer. This fee is not subject to the responsibility of Soul Made, you may contact the bank regarding the details.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

If you wish to return your products due to a problem caused by your products (cargo damage, production defect, withdrawal right, etc.) after you have received your order from Soul Made Online Shop, please write your return request on invoice at least 14 days after the products are handed over to our address you need to send it.
