How can I find the product I am looking for?

You can find the products you want by selecting the relevant product group from the menu at the top of the page.

Where can I see my orders?

You can see your orders from the My Orders section in the "My Account" area at the top and bottom. In order to view your orders you need to login as a member.

What do I need to do if I want to cancel the order for the product I have purchased?

You can cancel your order by clicking on the "Cancel" button in the detail of your order list on the My orders page. If your order was processed, you can't cancel it.

Can I add or remove products from my order?

Your orders reach us online. Since you can't make changes to the payment amount you made, it is not possible to add your product to your order later. You should create a new order for the product you want to add.

Is there any possibility that the product I ordered is not available?

The availability of stock due to any stock in your order can be experienced especially at the end of the season. If this problem arises due to the instant stock changes, you will be contacted and informed with an e-mail or telephone.

How many days will the order be delivered to cargo?

Your orders are sent within 7 working days on average. Weekends and public holidays are not including. During the discount period, the delivery time varies between 7 and 15 days due to the high density. This period can be up to 30 to 45 days in international deliveries.

Can I change my delivery address after I place an order?

Changing of the delivery address of the orders you have made payment can be made if your products are not delivered to the cargo company. However, the new address must be located within the country boundaries of the selected address during ordering.

If I don't have an order, my credit card payment is received, what should I do?

You can contact us by filling out the contact form. Information will be provided as soon as possible by researching the subject.
